Although I have made some modifications to it. When I do not have time to spirulize I use explore cuisine’s black bean noodles (http://www.explorecuisine.com/en/products/bean-pastas.html) They are low in sugar and have all REAL ingredients!
I also sub the Parmesan for nutritional yeast, or skip all together !
