Raspeary

Makes approximately 4 cups

INGREDIENTS

3 pears, washed, peeled, and steamed

6 ounces raspberries, washed

PREPARATION

1. Steam pears and allow to cool.

2. Add pears and raspberries to a blender or food processor. Blend very well, until seeds are broken down.

3. Refrigerate up to 3 days or freeze up to 1 month.

Pea-kaboo Potato

Makes approximately 6 cups

INGREDIENTS

10 ounces potatoes, washed, peeled, and cooked

6 ounces zucchini, washed, peeled, and steamed

8 ounces peas, washed and steamed

Water, breast milk, or formula (if needed)

PREPARATION

1. Boil or steam potatoes. Steam zucchini and peas. Allow to cool.

2. Add potatoes, zucchini, and peas to a blender or food processor. Blend very well.

3. Add water, breast milk, or formula to create a more liquid consistency if needed.

4. Refrigerate up to 4 days or freeze up to 1 month.

Bitty Banana Breakfast

Makes approximately 4 cups

INGREDIENTS

1 banana, very ripe

2 apples, washed, peeled, and steamed

8 ounces baby oatmeal, prepared and cooled

Water, breast milk, or formula

PREPARATION

1. Prepare baby oatmeal and allow to cool.

2. Add bananas, apples, baby oatmeal, and water, breast milk, or formula to a blender or food processor. Blend very well.

3. Add more liquid as necessary.

4. Refrigerate up to 4 days or freeze up to 1 month.

Little Chick(en)

Makes approximately 6 cups

INGREDIENTS

8 ounces potato, washed, peeled, and cooked

8 ounces green beans, washed and steamed

5 ounces chicken, cooked without seasoning

Water, breast milk, or formula

PREPARATION

1. Cook chicken without any seasoning. Boil or steam potatoes. Steam green beans. Allow all to cool.

2. Add potatoes, green beans, chicken, and water, breast milk, or formula to a blender or food processor. Blend very well.

3. Add more liquid as needed.

4. Refrigerate up to 4 days or freeze up to 1 month.

Mango-Berry Avocado

Makes approximately 4 cups

2 kiwis, peeled (If kiwi is unripe, you can steam it)

1. Add spinach, peas, apples, kiwi, and water, breast milk, or formula to a blender or food processor. Blend very well.

2. Add more liquid as needed.

3. Refrigerate up to 3 days or freeze up to 1 month.
