There are few things chocolate avocado moussebetter in life than sitting down after a delicious meal and enjoying a rich bowl of chocolaty, soft mouse, rich and airy melting in your mouth, bringing joy to each bite.

It is a taste of luxury few things can compete with. So Why on earth would one give that up, just because we have committed to a life of health, wellness, and suga free living?

Instead, we will hack it with a Stevia&Spice approved recipe

Ingredients

Toppings (optional):

  • cacao nibs, fresh raspberries, whipped coconut cream, unsweetened coconut shreds

Instructions

  1. Halve the avocados and scoop the flesh into a food processor or blender.
  2. Add the coconut milk, cacao powder, stevia
  3. Mix for a minute or until smooth.
  4. Spoon the avocado chocolate mousse into pretty glasses or dishes

  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

  6. Serve plain or topped with cacao nibs, fresh raspberries, and/or whipped coconut cream
