In Order to Make these Tasty Treats Stevia and Spice approved

I  sub out the Honey and Maple Syrup for

  1. Stevia ( obvs)
  2. Malt Rice Syrup which does not impact fructose levels
  3.  Unsweetned chocolate, 85% dark or higher, raw cocao
  4. Make sure all milk choices are unsweetneed
  5. The banana option is not my go to since bananas are high in fructose
