✔ Swap Banana for

  •  Frozen or leafy kale/spinach
  • Tahini
  • Frozen or steamed cauliflower
  • Frozen Broccoli
  • Cacao or coconut butter
  • coconut meat

✔ Honey

  • Malt Rice Syrup
  • Stevia
  • Leave out

✔ Almond Milk

  • ensure unsweetened
  • option for coconut instead

✔ Granola or toppings ENSURE unsweetened ( Stevia&Spice golden rule 6grams of sugar or less)
