There is ALWAYS a way

Like a the decant taste of cinnamon praline, mouthwatering bark, sugar free and FULL of healthy fats and yummy flavours.

Screw Dinner! I’ll take dessert first thank you .

Cinnamon Praline Bark 

Heaping 1/4 cup cashew butter 
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of pure stevia extract OR 5-9 drops of Sweet Leaf liquid stevia 
1/2 cup roasted pecan pieces + 1 Tbs (divided)
Pinch of Himalayan pink salt


  1. Melt coconut oil in a glass mixing bowl. Whisk in all remaining ingredients.
  2. Pour onto a plate lined with parchment. Sprinkle 1 Tbs pecans on top.
  3. Freeze for 30 minutes, until hardened. Chop into pieces. Enjoy!
