Our Cravings are actually liked to an emotional response to something else going on in our body, and sorry ladies craving popcorn means we have some stress or hormone fluctuations going on! A few ways to burst through these cravings is with high fats like olives, or fibres like leafy greens! A pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt can often curb these crazy cravings!

What to DO ?

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
  2. Blot chickpeas with a paper towel to dry them. In a bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil, and season to taste with salt, garlic salt, and cayenne pepper, if using. Spread on a baking sheet, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until browned and crunchy. Watch carefully the last few minutes to avoid burning.
