MUFFINS ANYONE?

YOU NEED:

3 tablespoons coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Himalayan  salt
4 tablespoons well mashed ripe avocado
1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
2 tablespoons coconut milk
2 tablespoons avocado or coconut oil 
Unsweetened full fat Coconut cream, tasty topper
Blueberries, because why not add some on top

healthy bakingWhat to do:
In a bowl lightly whisk together flour, baking powder, & salt.
Add remaining ingredients & whisk gently until fully combined & smooth.
Line muffin tin or cake pan with coconut oil or muffin wrappers whatever you prefer
Bake at 350 for about 15-20 min, checking halfway
Top with coconut cream and blueberries
