Ok I hear it from all you lovelyyy folks,

I can’t quit sugar, I love all my sweets, goodies and treats

I don’t want to be deprived on live a life of restriction.. well neither do I and I don’t

But I also don’t want to live a life of poor health, stomach problems, depression, inflammation, lack of energy or obesity..

So is it possible to do both?

Yes very much so,

quitting sugar isn’t about removing the things we love.

It is about finding alternatives that we love just as much, 

this isn’t a diet, it is a way of life 

Which is why I am a huge advocate of the brand Qi’a Superfoods
