Of course, these frothy drinks top the list of personal favourite. A latte isn’t just a latte, it is an experience in a cup. It is the warmth on a cold winter day, and the conversations that go on for hours at the quaint cafe on the corner where the owner knows your name and order. One of my favourite things to do when I travel is to find little cafes that have unsweetened (of course) coconut milk lattes.

Lattes Can not only be delicious, but they can also be a source of health and reduce inflammation as well, win win right?

Which is one why of my favourite recipes is a turmeric milk latte, with the magic healing power of turmeric to reduce inflammation in the body and help heal from within. Turmeric is a spice known for healing properties, mood uplifter and even libido elevator 😉 can it really get any better?

Here is my personal favourite Recipe for the creamiest anti-inflammatory, metabolism boosting  Turermic milk latte



2tsp fresh turmeric ( 1 tsp powdered)

1 tbs fresh grated ginger

1/2 tsp lemon zest

2 tsp coconut creme

black petter

1 lemon juiced

12 oz water

Do this 

Heat water on stove top with turmeric, ginger, and lemon zest. Remove before boiling and strain. Add lemon juice, stir in coconut creme and pepper

Froth with whisk or frother

Top with cinnamon

Enjoy with LOVE
