Sugar Free Lemon Drop Treats
🍋Totally #glutenfree, grain-free and refined #sugarfree – High in all those yummy healthy fats
¼ cup cacao butter
¼ cup coconut oil
5 drops of stevia or 1 tablespoon rice malt syrup
Zest from 1 lemon
1. Add cacao butter and coconut oil to a small saucepan. Heat over very low heat, just to melt. Add in the stevia (or rice malt syrup) and stir. Add in the lemon zest.
2. Remove from heat and stir
3. Pour mixture into candy mold, filling to the top. Freeze for 1 hour.
4. Once hardened, remove lemon drops from the molds and transfer to a container. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freezer for up to 2 months.
