Tahini is one of my ALL TIME faves,

it is rich, thick and creamy. Loaded with healthy fats to keep you full for hours!

In order to make this recipe Stevia&Spice approved I sub the honey for malt rice syrup or stevia, organic oats.

Play around with this and Have fun, add some berries, unsweetened chocolate or seeds!
