So today’s saving grace?

COCONUT frozen yogurt bark

Ingredients
Vegetarian, Gluten free
∙ Serves 10

Produce
1/4 cup Blueberries
1/4 cup  Raspberries
1/4 cup diced Strawberries

Condiments
1tbsp stevia (optional)
1/4 tsp Lemon juice, fresh

Baking & Spices
1 pinch Himalayan Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure

Nuts & Seeds
1 Cup Pecans

Base
2 cups  unsweetened Coconut Yogurt/ full fat unsweetened coconut milk

DO THIS 

  1. In a bowl mix coconut milk or coconut yogurt with vanilla, sea salt, lemon juice, optional stevia
  2. Pour into glass serving dish, add in nuts and berries
  3. Chill for a few hours
  4. Cut into squares and serve
  5. ENJOY EVERY BITE
